By accessing and using NextLang.co ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use NextLang.co for generating flashcards and language learning materials. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• use automated systems to access the service in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce
• use the service to violate any laws or infringe upon the rights of others
• resell or redistribute the service or access to it without authorization

3. Service Description

NextLang.co provides AI-powered tools for converting language learning materials into flashcard formats compatible with Quizlet, Mochi, Anki or Brainscape. The service also supports image-to-flashcard conversion. The service is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding its accuracy or reliability.

4. User Content

You are responsible for any content you upload or process through our service, including text prompts and images. We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to process it for the purpose of providing our services. You represent that you have the right to upload and process such content.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

6. Payment Terms

Our service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased through one-time payments processed securely via Stripe. Credits do not expire and can be used across all our flashcard generators. All payments are final.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NextLang.co or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on NextLang.co, even if NextLang.co or a NextLang.co authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason we deem necessary. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Revisions

NextLang.co may revise these terms of service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
