Yes. Open your deck and hit 'Publish to gallery' (a Premium feature, and the deck needs at least 10 cards). You get a public link like nextlang.co/decks/your-deck-name that anyone can open without an account: they can browse every card and export it as .apkg, .mochi, or copy-paste text. Your deck also appears in the public gallery at /decks. While a deck is public it is locked for editing, so make it private again if you want to change it, and you can unpublish at any time. Unpublished results stay private to you.
